Senior Manager, iCasino Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate commercial performance across all product categories to ensure revenue and profit goals are met.

• Develop and implement Content roadmaps in collaboration with the Commercial Content Unit.

• Collaborate with Central Product teams to identify Product development opportunities and requirements that align with Product strategy and North American business objectives.

• Promote Product-focused Marketing initiatives alongside Acquisition and Retention teams.

• Regularly report content performance to key stakeholders.

• Assess and enhance the Casino Lobby, Branded and Exclusive content, Jackpot performance, and Rewards utilization and performance.

• Monitor competitor game offerings, unique selling propositions (USPs), and promotions.

• Coordinate with Marketing and VIP on casino-specific promotions and bonuses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in the casino gaming industry.

• Proficient in analyzing large datasets.

• Comprehensive knowledge of iGaming products and bonuses, including Slots, Live Dealer, and Table Games.

• Demonstrated experience using provider Back Office tools.

• Expertise in Excel, including skills in Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, and SUM/Count/Min/Max Functions, as well as sumif/countif.

• Commercially driven with a solid understanding of P&L performance and its influencing factors.

• Enthusiastic Product specialist with extensive industry experience.

• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to achieving results.

• Meticulous attention to detail with a keen focus on enhancing the Player experience.
