This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a patient support and pharmaceutical reimbursement initiative aimed at educating patients about injectable medications.
• Provide daily leadership to supervisors and team members.
• Develop and execute operational processes, training initiatives, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.
• Conduct performance evaluations, mentor team members, and foster accountability.
• Collaborate with leadership on recruitment, onboarding, and team enhancement.
• Engage in budget formulation, resource distribution, and forecasting.
• Act as a subject matter expert on injectable therapies.
• Educate patients on the safe and effective administration of injectable treatments.
• Serve as a clinical resource for team members addressing patient inquiries and escalations.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices for patient communication and education.
• Monitor and document adverse events in line with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships and take part in client meetings and program evaluations.
• Report program performance, trends, and suggestions to stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively across functions to align operations with strategic objectives.
• Identify program challenges and devise solutions to meet client and patient requirements.
• Track program metrics and initiate continuous improvement efforts.
• Advocate for compliance, safety, and patient-centered care.
• Carry out additional related responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
• An RN license is highly preferred.
• Required experience with injectable medications (administration, patient education, or clinical training).
• A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role within a healthcare or clinical operations environment.
• At least 4 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• Experience with HUB or pharmaceutical reimbursement is advantageous but not essential.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
• Strong background in customer/client management.
• Capability to independently manage medium-sized client programs and assess relationship health.
• Aptitude for assisting in the presentation of operational processes for business development and new client interactions.
• Outstanding project management abilities.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks across parallel processes.
• Excellent decision-making and critical-thinking abilities.
• Robust knowledge of the industry and business landscape.
• Experience in strategic thinking and long-term planning.
