
Senior Manager, Go-To-Market Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Lead and implement strategic initiatives and business processes that support the commercial leadership teams at the State, Region, and Corporate levels.
• Oversee daily projects related to Go-to-Market priorities.
• Create and execute Route-to-Market strategies and frameworks across various states, regions, and specialized divisions.
• Contribute to or spearhead responses to supplier proposal requests.
• Develop presentations that simplify complex concepts and provide recommendations for executive-level audiences.
• Gain expertise in commercial strategies and regulatory intricacies across SGWS markets and divisions.
• Utilize SGWS data and analytical tools to summarize Route-to-Market structures and commercial KPIs, and support ad hoc analyses.
• Employ project management principles to coordinate stakeholder groups and progress work products.
• Conduct cost-to-serve modeling and offer strategic recommendations for enhancements in the commercial organization.
• Utilize external market data to identify and assess market opportunities.
• Analyze opportunities, threats, strengths, and weaknesses that influence company growth.
• Collaborate with Corporate functions and Regional, Dedicated Division, and State leadership teams to convert insights and strategies into actionable plans and execution.
• Maintain productive working relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in beverage alcohol, CPG, or strategy consulting (8+ years preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Capability to obtain and fulfill industry licensing requirements as necessary.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Critical thinking skills with the ability to influence others.
• Proven track record of independently leading complex and/or ambiguous projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 30% of the time.
• Previous experience with SGWS and/or beverage alcohol distribution is preferred.
• Familiarity with SGWS’ commercial data tools, especially Compass and Business Objects, is preferred.
• Experience in leading high-visibility, complex projects involving stakeholders at all levels is preferred.
• May require occasional lifting, lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20 lbs.
• May entail extended hours, overtime, and weekend work as needed.
