Senior Manager – FS Corporate Tax

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and execute corporate tax advisory projects for clients in the financial services sector.

• Offer expert tax technical guidance, including support for Pillar Two when necessary.

• Oversee and evaluate corporate tax compliance and Pillar Two compliance, participation optional for interested individuals.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring commercial and portfolio management.

• Assist with tax audit tasks for clients undergoing financial services audits.

• Play a role in business development efforts to secure new client engagements.

• Aid in the ongoing expansion of the practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Operating at the Senior Manager level (or equivalent) with robust experience in UK corporate tax.

• Qualified as CTA and/or ACA/CA (or possess an equivalent HMRC/legal/international qualification).

• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax, capable of researching and resolving intricate issues.

• Excellent communication abilities and confidence in direct client interactions.

• Capacity to manage, mentor, and develop junior team members.

• Proven experience in managing client portfolios, ensuring financial discipline, and spotting opportunities.
