Junior Tax Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee your own client portfolio alongside a seasoned Tax Advisor.

• Deliver comprehensive assistance to clients, ranging from tax compliance and reviews to strategic tax advisory.

• Prepare and assess annual financial statements, tax returns, and continuous financial accounting (FiBu).

• Offer technical support and guidance to Tax Professionals within the team.

• Cultivate client relationships and establish your reputation as a tax expert.

• Play a role in business development and client acquisition efforts.

• Engage in selected projects focused on digitalization, processes, People & Skills, and organizational improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a completed Tax Advisor qualification; you are a certified Tax Advisor.

• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a mid-sized accounting or tax firm.

• Proficient user of DATEV software.

• Familiarity with pre-accounting tools is advantageous.

• Hands-on experience in financial accounting (FiBu), tax returns, and annual financial statements.

• Experience in client acquisition is appreciated but not mandatory.

• A keen interest in technology, digitalization, and innovation within tax advisory.

• Service-oriented mindset, effective communication skills, and an entrepreneurial approach.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and deliver reliably.

• High commitment level, creative initiative, and willingness to embrace change.
