This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Act as the senior reimbursement subject matter expert for Philips Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics products and services.
• Provide guidance to customers and internal teams regarding provider economics, coding, coverage, payment, health policy, as well as Medicare and commercial payer requirements.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and clear communication of reimbursement information, resources, training, and customer-facing guidance.
• Create and implement field reimbursement strategies aimed at minimizing access barriers, enhancing payer coverage, and streamlining payment pathways.
• Collaborate with field sales leadership to establish regional priorities, facilitate customer education, and achieve reimbursement goals.
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers, payers, and stakeholders through reimbursement engagement, payer presentations, and provider education.
• Convey complex reimbursement and health economic information effectively to payers, providers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Work in partnership with HEMAR, Marketing, Sales, Medical Education, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Recognize payer access challenges and create provider economic programs and tools to address them.
• Offer insights on payer and hospital dynamics to guide internal strategies, product development, and market access planning.
• Oversee annual reimbursement goals, KPIs, reporting systems, and productivity tracking.
• Stay informed on health policy, reimbursement trends, and industry best practices.
• Assist with change initiatives under general supervision.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant field reimbursement experience.
• Experience in similar or adjacent monitoring roles is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated strong experience in market access and reimbursement.
• Proven capability to operate in the field and present to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong skills in articulating value within a field reimbursement context.
• A Master’s degree or higher in a related discipline.
• Related certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience in the field reimbursement medical device industry.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% based on business needs.
• US work authorization is required; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered.
