📋 Description

• Create and implement integrated, human-centered change experiences, strategies, and tactics aimed at enterprise transformation.

• Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to enhance organizational capability, expedite adoption, and achieve measurable business results.

• Contribute to the design and advancement of the Genesys Way of Change.

• Develop scalable methodologies, AI-driven workflows, governance frameworks, and tools.

• Utilize AI, data, and emerging technologies to streamline, standardize, and expand change practices.

• Oversee multiple enterprise change initiatives, managing priorities, plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.

• Assess adoption rates, employee experience, and business results to enhance change effectiveness and organizational capability.

• Coach leaders and managers to effectively lead change initiatives.

• Establish trusted partnerships, influence strategic decisions, and mentor other practitioners.

• Ability to coach leaders and managers in leading change initiatives.
