This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the comprehensive digital marketing strategy across direct-to-consumer and digital platforms.
• Design and execute lead generation and DTC growth initiatives utilizing SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Enhance landing pages, funnels, and website architecture to boost conversion rates and improve customer acquisition efficiency.
• Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to optimize lead capture, nurturing, and management processes.
• Oversee performance metrics across SEO, PPC, paid social, email, and content marketing channels.
• Develop targeted paid, organic, and content marketing strategies to draw in high-quality leads and customers.
• Track and refine campaigns to enhance ROI, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing strategies with revenue objectives and ensure smooth lead transitions.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to create integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and external partners.
• Analyze performance metrics and report on CPL, CAC, conversion rates, and channel effectiveness.
• Leverage data-driven insights to guide strategic choices and budget distribution.
• Oversee content creation, including blog posts, case studies, webinars, and white papers.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to support SEO, paid media, and conversion goals.
• Manage the digital marketing budget, project spending and performance, and prioritize high-performing channels.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing, with an emphasis on lead generation.
• Demonstrated success in managing online lead generation campaigns through SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports.
• Capability to analyze data and metrics to enhance strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools (preferably HubSpot), SEO platforms, and analytics software.
• Creative thinking for developing engaging campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills for handling multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams, content creators, product marketing leaders, and external partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
