Senior Manager, Disaster Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Create and execute policies and procedures for housing recovery initiatives following disasters

• Supervise staff and manage project execution

• Act as a specialist on policy and regulatory matters

• Deliver training and technical support to clients

• Ensure efficient operation across low, medium, and high-volume projects

• Update all stakeholders on progress and challenges

• Represent ICF during client meetings

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Over 8 years of cumulative experience in program and project management

• More than 5 years of extensive experience with the CDBG-DR program

• At least 2 years of experience managing a successful high-volume housing recovery initiative

• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience with FEMA’s Individual Assistance Program

• Willingness and ability to travel as required for program needs

• Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
