This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the strategic vision of essential supply chain systems and digital capabilities, ensuring that tools, data, and processes effectively align with business goals.
• Supervise system governance and standards, promoting uniformity in planning master data, documentation, and operational methodologies across teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration by partnering with planning, logistics, customer service, inventory, and other key stakeholders to create integrated, end-to-end processes.
• Oversee system enhancements and integrations, which include design reviews, user acceptance testing, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality data and reporting, facilitating precise analytics, KPIs, dashboards, and decision-support tools that enhance operational performance.
• Advocate for user adoption and change management, ensuring that employees comprehend, embrace, and effectively utilize new systems and processes.
• Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to optimize network performance, enhance collaboration, and support operational transitions or new projects.
• Track performance and deliver outcomes, aligning systems and processes with key organizational metrics such as service levels, inventory health, and operational efficiency.
• 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, planning systems, or digital supply chain transformation, including direct leadership in significant technology implementations (e.g., D365, Kinaxis).
• Proven success in leading end-to-end planning-system initiatives with measurable business impact (fill rate, OTIF, E&O, DOH).
• In-depth knowledge of planning master-data governance, inventory/MEIO processes, expiry and E&O analytics, and optimization of cross-functional processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead UAT, functional design reviews, integration phases, and change-management strategies across various business units.
• Strong analytical skills with S&OP, Power BI, KPI design, and reporting automation.
• Experience in coaching and developing managers and technical subject matter experts within a Center of Excellence framework.
