Senior Manager, Data Analytics, Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Ensure precise, prompt, and effective reporting and data entry for provider, clinical, member, claims, and other essential business data.

• Provide leadership, technical guidance, and collaborative partnerships for claims analytics and reporting.

• Conduct business analysis, pinpoint root causes, and formulate recommendations and solutions.

• Collaborate across various departments to establish and implement enhanced workflows and processes.

• Guarantee the timeliness and accuracy of both internal and external report deliverables.

• Manage both scheduled and ad hoc reporting requirements for the organization.

• Execute and oversee significant reconciliation tasks.

• Ensure data quality and completeness by conducting and supervising data audits.

• Oversee extensive systems and data-centric projects.

• Mentor and manage data analysts with diverse skill sets and experience levels.

• Lead and carry out complex data-related analytical projects to influence business decisions and improve efficiencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• Over 6 years of experience in statistical analysis or data analysis.

• Proficient in various data mining, reporting, and reconciliation tools and methodologies.

• Advanced knowledge of systems and software including MS Access, Excel, SQL, Business Objects, and data warehousing.

• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid managed care is advantageous.

• Proven experience in building analytics teams is highly preferred.

• Hands-on technical leadership experience with Power BI, SQL, and automation/RPA is highly favored.
