Senior Manager – Data Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop reliable metrics by specifying grain, denominators, cohorts, attribution windows, refresh expectations, and ownership.

• Maintain a distinction between early indicators and established financial and loss outcomes.

• Set benchmarks and utilize comparison groups, experiments, or causal methodologies to credibly assess impact.

• Identify and document any missing, outdated, conflicting, or biased evidence, assumptions, and limitations.

• Lead a team focused on business analytics.

• Define clear ownership roles and mentor on analytical and communication skills.

• Implement peer review processes and cultivate analysts capable of transforming ambiguous questions into recognized products.

• Ensure that priority deliverables clearly outline evidence, responsible owner, next steps, due dates, and methods for capturing outcomes.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering on source quality, curated datasets, semantic models, and service expectations.

• Oversee metric logic, interpretation, and analytical endorsement.
