Data Analyst, IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the process of intake and approval for AI use cases and AI-driven solutions

• Conduct AI risk assessments and document associated risks, controls, and decisions

• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, Architecture, and Compliance teams for reviews

• Keep the AI inventory up to date, along with approvals and audit documentation

• Monitor governance metrics and provide reports on process effectiveness

• Assist in governance committee meetings, prepare materials, and track action items

• Develop guidance, training, and communication materials to ensure teams adhere to the process

• Discover opportunities to reduce cycle times and enhance the experience for requesters

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Governance, Risk Management, or a related discipline

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, business analysis, project management, or technology operations

• Proven experience in managing a cross-functional review or approval process

• Background in collaborating with Legal, Privacy, Security, or Compliance teams

• Experience in maintaining records, inventories, or audit documentation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Capability to juggle competing priorities across various teams

• Experience in AI, data governance, privacy, or technology risk programs (preferred)

• Knowledge of GenAI concepts, Responsible AI principles, and AI regulations (preferred)

• Familiarity with governance or risk management platforms such as OneTrust or ServiceNow (preferred)

• Proficiency in dashboarding tools like Power BI or similar (preferred)

• Acquaintance with governance, workflow, or GRC platforms (OneTrust, ServiceNow, or comparable), Power BI, or related reporting tools
