This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and cultivate teams of Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business Intelligence developers.
• Formulate and implement the enterprise analytics strategy.
• Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint reporting and analytics priorities.
• Provide executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions.
• Set up enterprise reporting standards, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytical platforms.
• Create scalable semantic models and curated datasets for business users.
• Promote the adoption of self-service BI capabilities.
• Work with Data Engineering to define enterprise data models and reliable data sources.
• Convert complex business inquiries into quantifiable analytical solutions.
• Direct the prioritization, planning, and execution of analytics initiatives.
• Mentor analytical talent and encourage a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and business collaboration.
• Develop executive dashboards and enterprise KPI scorecards.
• Create trusted semantic data models for self-service analytics.
• Design business intelligence solutions that aid strategic decision-making.
• Deliver operational reporting across various enterprise business functions.
• Establish analytics governance and enterprise metric standards.
• Create data products that enable business teams to make quicker, more informed decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data platforms.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience managing analytics teams.
• In-depth understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Advanced expertise in SQL.
• Experience with enterprise BI platforms such as ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Proven experience in building executive dashboards and operational reporting.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, metrics, and business performance measurement.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Strong skills in project planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Background in statistical analysis and forecasting.
• Experience supporting AI and machine learning initiatives.
• Proficiency with semantic modeling platforms.
• Experience in experimentation and A/B testing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics tools.
• Background in media, payroll, financial systems, or enterprise SaaS.
