Senior Manager – Cybersecurity, AI Trust

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic consulting and operational delivery guidance to prominent French and international clients.

• Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction and growth of the Cybersecurity & AI Trust Business Line.

• Assist clients in formulating and executing their cybersecurity strategies.

• Aid in risk management and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Create security architectures, safeguard data, and secure cloud environments along with AI systems.

• Oversee a portfolio of projects or a program, effectively balancing priorities and resources.

• Maintain the quality of deliverables, adherence to timelines, and financial performance standards.

• Counsel executives on cybersecurity and AI priorities while establishing security strategies and frameworks.

• Direct the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of secure, high-performing solutions.

• Supervise managers and teams, set objectives, delegate tasks, provide feedback, and assess performance.

• Anticipate skill requirements and assist in recruitment efforts.

• Cultivate relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for new accounts.

• Spearhead business development initiatives, manage proposals, respond to requests for proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts.

• Lead the creation and go-to-market strategy for Sia CyberLab offerings and solutions.

• Facilitate the sharing of methodologies across various engagements.

• Enhance the Business Line’s market presence through publications, professional events, and training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate from a prestigious engineering or business school, or a top-tier university.

• Minimum of eight years of experience in cybersecurity or AI.

• Background in a consulting firm, technology solutions or services provider, or a large corporation.

• Established expertise in at least one domain covered by the Cybersecurity & AI Trust Business Line.

• Experience in developing offerings, solutions, or methodologies that align business needs with security and operational constraints.

• Capacity to thoroughly analyze complex issues, advocate for recommendations, and foster trusted relationships.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects or a program, coordinating teams, and fulfilling commitments related to quality, timelines, and financial performance.

• Experience in developing accounts and relationships with senior executives.

• Proven track record in leading commercial proposals through effective presentations and negotiations.

• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written French and English.

• A keen interest in data and AI-related challenges, with the capability to quickly develop expertise in these fields.
