Senior Manager, Customer Success, Conversion Initiatives

📋 Description

• Formulate strategies and execute significant growth initiatives with National GPO and IDN customers.

• Carry out complete account transitions and apply GPO strategies within major IDNs.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance customer relationships with Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery.

• Create and implement tools such as Sourceview and the Conversion Toolkit.

• Allocate approximately 60–70% of time to customer- and field-related activities.

• Engage with National GPO and IDN customers, collaborating with KAM and sales management on significant growth opportunities.

• Assist with full account transitions and gather voice of customer (VOC) feedback.

• Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the implementation process.

• Dedicate 30–40% of time to internal strategy development, team leadership, analytics, cross-functional alignment, opportunity funnel management, and operational execution.

• Align growth opportunities with account plans to foster adoption and sales growth of the JJMT portfolio.

• Share best practices, insights, VOC, and lessons learned with Key Account and Commercial Teams.

• Provide executive leadership with insights and trends in the GPO and IDN markets based on data.

• Utilize data and analytics to identify, strategize, and plan for large-scale growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Key Account Team to enhance the JJMT Surgery Value Proposition for U.S. health system clients.

• Work with sales leadership to develop plans for significant growth opportunities and differentiate JJMT Surgery’s overall value.

• Travel up to 40%.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience (Sales/Marketing) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in marketing or sales is essential.

• Experience in leading sales teams is preferred.

• Experience in preparing strategic briefs and addressing implementation challenges is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

• At least 2 years of demonstrated success in healthcare is required.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Ability to navigate and create business impact across the organization is required.

• Demonstrated knowledge of sales strategy, customer segmentation, and contracting is preferred.

• Experience in customer selling and engagement is preferred.

• Skills in leadership, strong communication, relationship development, collaboration, project management, and organizational influence are vital.

• A solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare market, including industry trends, customer dynamics, and legal and compliance requirements is necessary.

• Experience in commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Contracting, and/or Professional Education is required.

• Experience working with or within health systems and a deep understanding of health systems' needs and challenges is crucial.

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proven track record in customer-facing roles with physicians and health system administration are essential.

• Understanding of various business models and monetization strategies is required.

• Experience in contracting for products and platforms, including pricing strategy, with the capability to think broadly and strategically is preferred.

• Proven ability to influence multiple cross-functional partners with an enterprise mentality is necessary.

• Highly effective in communicating complex concepts.

• Strong ability to prioritize tasks.
