Senior Manager, Compliance - New England Commercial Market

📋 Description

• Collaborate with leadership in the New England Commercial market to deliver strategic compliance advice and assistance.

• Create, develop, and execute compliance strategies that are in line with business goals and regulatory requirements.

• Foster a culture of compliance through focused education and training initiatives.

• Act as a representative for the New England Commercial market and coordinate with Legal, Corporate Compliance, Network, and State Government Affairs.

• Provide ongoing compliance support and guidance on interactions involving regulators, customers, brokers, and employees.

• Engage with state regulatory agencies and function as the primary contact for matters pertaining to state regulatory compliance.

• Incorporate compliance practices into operational decision-making and risk management frameworks.

• Recognize and address regulatory risks while promoting strategic business goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7+ years of professional experience in compliance, legislation, regulatory, or related fields.

• Capability to translate intricate regulatory concepts into straightforward business actions.

• Experience in the healthcare industry.

• Proven leadership abilities in project management, team leadership, operational policy implementation, and/or business consulting.

• Proficient in problem solving and decision-making.

• Experience in collaboration and teamwork.

• Ability to influence and work collaboratively across a complex organizational structure.

• Familiarity with a growth mindset, including adaptability and personal development for self and others.

• Experience in strategic thinking.

• Proven track record in execution and delivery, encompassing planning, implementation, and support.

• Knowledge in business intelligence.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Ability to craft persuasive communications, establish credibility, and influence internal stakeholders, business partners, senior leadership, and regulators.

• Bachelor's degree preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.
