This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +3 more states.
• Enhance commercial excellence and improve operational efficiency throughout the organization.
• Streamline sales processes and assess performance metrics.
• Execute strategic initiatives that empower commercial teams to better meet customer needs.
• Oversee a high-performing team.
• Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, finance, and other essential stakeholders.
• Create and implement strategies that support growth while maintaining operational excellence.
• Conduct data analysis and modeling activities.
• Manage dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide strategic guidance and influence.
• Lead teams and oversee projects.
• A BS/Masters Degree along with 12 years of experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, or related business areas is preferred.
• Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Industry certifications in sales operations, project management, or process improvement methodologies are valued.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in people management, particularly leading cross-functional teams, is preferred.
• Advanced skills in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com, and proficiency in business intelligence tools are essential.
• Strong expertise in sales performance analytics, forecasting, and pipeline management is required.
• Proven ability to design and implement sales incentive programs and compensation frameworks.
• Experience in process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies is necessary.
• Exceptional skills in data analysis, visualization, and presenting insights to executive audiences.
• Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives.
• A demonstrated history of effective collaboration within matrix organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies is preferred.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 times a year or as required.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and business process governance is important.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills are necessary.
• Experience in change management and organizational development is advantageous.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and database tools is preferred.
• Foreign language skills are valued but not mandatory.
