This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the integration of forecasting, contractual strategies, deal structures, and pricing requirements into the existing ERP system.
• Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to establish strategic pricing for major oil accounts.
• Create and manage trade agreements for significant oil accounts as well as internal and external clients.
• Utilize internal and external resources to verify and ensure precise pricing.
• Align pricing strategies with the expectations of customers.
• Plan, adjust, and develop trade agreements and pricing initiatives.
• Evaluate, identify, and execute process enhancements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Assess deals to ensure accurate pricing.
• Develop and sustain promotional codes.
• Ensure timely and precise execution of pricing initiatives.
• Identify improvements in transactional processes and technological tools.
• Review sales orders, pinpoint discrepancies, document findings, and implement necessary changes.
• Contribute to driving revenue growth and enhancing cash flow.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience, ideally in pricing, marketing, revenue management, or a financial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and Power BI.
• Capacity to manage multiple complex projects at once.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve complex issues quickly.
• Ability to handle various sources of information and make independent, timely, and accurate decisions.
• Skills in building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Effective and persuasive communication skills in both positive and challenging situations.
• Project Management experience is advantageous.
• SQL knowledge is preferred.
