This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Spearhead the creation of strategic omni-channel marketing initiatives that link media performance, channel diversity, and business results.
• Convert emerging technologies and market trends into innovative marketing concepts for clients.
• Stay informed about marketing trends, technological solutions, and competitive tactics.
• Cultivate trusted, enduring relationships with client contacts and stakeholders.
• Ensure cross-functional cohesion with operations, media, and other marketing teams.
• Provide client value through best practices and innovative thinking.
• Collaborate with account management, operations, analytics, and partner agencies/teams to formulate actionable plans.
• Analyze business and performance trends, showcasing the influence of strategy and marketing investment to senior stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets and reallocate resources to enhance long-term performance.
• Assist in strengthening the team's marketing strategy capabilities.
• Prepare and present executive-level presentations for both internal and external audiences.
• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Over 6 years of experience in marketing strategy, media, consulting, business enablement, or a related discipline.
• More than 3 years of experience in an agency or consulting environment.
• Experience in the retail and/or automotive sector is preferred.
• Proven track record in leading comprehensive marketing strategies within a complex, multi-account framework.
• Experience in guiding and developing high-performing team members.
• Proficient in utilizing data and research to inform decision-making.
• Strong skills in Excel, Power BI dashboard analysis, and research tools.
• Ability to translate data analysis into actionable marketing insights.
• Effective and proactive communicator, even in intricate and unclear business contexts.
• Inquisitive, execution-oriented, and adaptable in environments where priorities and timelines can change.
• Strategic problem-solver who balances a proactive approach with future planning.
• Capable of managing complexity while collaborating across teams.
• Ability to identify success metrics and create learning opportunities.
• Skilled in converting business objectives into practical marketing strategies, prioritizing competing demands, and adjusting based on performance.
• Data-driven and insight-focused thinker, able to convert analytics into persuasive plans that engage stakeholders.
• Comfortable and experienced working within a matrixed organization, especially in roles with significant autonomy, including resource-constrained environments.
• Candidates must reside in a state located in the western U.S.
