Senior Manager, Business Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic omni-channel marketing initiatives that link media performance, channel mix, and business results.

• Convert emerging technologies, market dynamics, and competitive strategies into innovative marketing concepts for clients.

• Cultivate reliable, long-term relationships with client contacts and stakeholders.

• Ensure alignment across operations, media, and marketing teams.

• Partner with account management, operations, analytics, and partner agencies to develop actionable plans.

• Analyze business and performance trends while showcasing the effects of strategy and marketing investments to senior stakeholders.

• Oversee budgets and reallocate resources to enhance long-term performance.

• Foster and enhance the marketing strategy skills within the team.

• Prepare and present executive-level presentations for both internal and external audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Over 6 years of experience in marketing strategy, media, consulting, business enablement, or a related domain.

• More than 3 years of experience in an agency or consulting environment.

• Experience in the retail and/or automotive sectors is preferable.

• Proven track record in leading comprehensive marketing strategies in complex, multi-account settings.

• Experience in leading and nurturing high-performing team members.

• Practical skills in utilizing data and research to inform decision-making.

• Proficient in Excel, Power BI dashboard analysis, and research tools.

• Proven ability to convert data analysis into actionable marketing insights.

• Strong, proactive communication skills in intricate and uncertain business situations.

• Capability to navigate complexity while collaborating across diverse teams.

• Ability to transform business objectives into actionable marketing plans while prioritizing competing demands.

• Experience in working within a matrixed organization and lean-resource environments.
