Senior Maintenance Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate the scheduling of MT1 and MT2 technicians across various locations.

• Ensure that preventative maintenance strategies are implemented punctually and meet established standards.

• Conduct field audits and perform quality assessments.

• Assess and prioritize repair requests based on safety and operational significance.

• Assist with the opening of new sites and supervise the quality of equipment installations.

• Manage parts inventory and the budget for the market.

• Offer coaching, performance evaluations, and technical support.

• Act as the point of escalation for locations experiencing prolonged downtime.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in the car wash sector or similar fields.

• Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role is preferred.

• Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and execution.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the market area.

• Ability to foster leadership and team development.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong critical thinking and prioritization capabilities.
