Senior Maintenance Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and assist Maintenance Technicians across various locations within a designated market.

• Assess and prioritize repair requests based on safety, guest impact, site downtime, and operational requirements.

• Diagnose and facilitate the resolution of issues related to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, chemical, conveyor, vacuum, and wash tunnel equipment.

• Ensure that preventive maintenance tasks are completed punctually, accurately recorded, and conducted to established standards.

• Perform site visits, field audits, and quality inspections to confirm the quality of repairs and the condition of equipment.

• Mentor technicians in troubleshooting techniques, repair standards, safety protocols, and the appropriate use of tools and parts.

• Collaborate with site and market leaders to communicate equipment status, risks of downtime, repair timelines, and necessary follow-ups.

• Oversee parts, tools, vendor coordination, and market-level inventory requirements to facilitate prompt repairs.

• Address urgent maintenance concerns and act as an escalation point for extended downtime or complex repair situations.

• Assist with new site openings, equipment installations, and market-level maintenance projects.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on maintenance experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and equipment troubleshooting.

• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, diagnostic methods, and repair documentation.

• Capable of leading, coaching, scheduling, and supporting technicians across multiple sites.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a knack for quickly diagnosing issues and identifying practical solutions.

• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in inspections, preventive maintenance, safety checks, and repair quality.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently with site leaders, market leaders, vendors, and technicians.

• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and follow through in a dynamic field environment.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within an assigned geographic area.

• Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, lifting, climbing, and working around mechanical equipment.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, or on-call duties as dictated by business needs or emergency repairs.
