📋 Description

• Create, train, and implement cutting-edge NLP models to enhance and expand RavenPack’s high-throughput data infrastructure.

• Develop integration layers that link new machine learning predictions with existing production systems.

• Build automated feedback loops and learning systems for ongoing adaptation and enhancement of the system.

• Transition models from the research and evaluation phase into live production.

• Optimize intricate models to ensure low-latency inference and high reliability.

• Set up evaluation benchmarks, automated testing frameworks, and monitoring dashboards.

• Work collaboratively with core engineering, data, and technical leadership teams.

• Implement modern machine learning techniques alongside current infrastructure to form a hybrid architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• European legal working status is mandatory.

• Profound theoretical and practical knowledge of fundamental NLP tasks, such as entity extraction, text classification, and contextual comprehension.

• Demonstrated experience in training, fine-tuning, and deploying modern transformer-based models and encoding techniques for complex text-related tasks.

• Strong history of optimizing models for low-latency environments, including batch inference, model distillation, and hardware acceleration.

• Expertise in designing ML evaluation frameworks, creating gold-standard baseline datasets, and monitoring performance metrics.

• Experience in integrating probabilistic machine learning models with deterministic or legacy software architectures, including confidence scoring and A/B testing implementations.

• Proficient coding skills focused on clean, scalable code, comprehensive technical documentation, and robust CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
