Senior M365 Platform Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and design SaaS software solutions, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and automation tools tailored for the GCC High environment.

• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, which include Office, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, Purview DLP, and Copilot.

• Manage user tickets and incidents effectively.

• Create and implement solutions for applications as new use cases and features emerge.

• Organize tasks and timelines, prioritize deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders proficiently.

• Enhance deployment workflows and maximize efficiency utilizing DevOps delivery pipeline tools and methodologies.

• Work in collaboration with security, identity, and engineering teams on broader group initiatives.

• Acquire new technical skills, adapt to changing project needs, and navigate various disciplines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in supporting Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.

• Experience in supporting the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, particularly Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and sensitivity labels.

• Experience supporting Entra and Active Directory.

• Proficiency in PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with strong customer service abilities.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet collective goals.

• Must possess US work authorization that does not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bonus: Experience with the JIRA application.
