📋 Description

• Manage and facilitate all legal activities and relationships within the portfolio.

• Supervise the operations of the law firms associated with the portfolio.

• Guarantee adherence to legal obligations globally, encompassing registrations and licenses with both local and international regulatory authorities.

• Evaluate and determine legal and financial risks and implications.

• Become a part of Nacre Capital’s legal and financial team, supporting its portfolio of innovative technology start-ups and commercial ventures.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in prestigious law firms or as in-house counsel, covering general legal matters, corporate and commercial law, start-ups, financing rounds, and commercial contracts (such as licensing agreements, manufacturing agreements, distribution, etc.).

• Experience in intellectual property matters is a plus.

• Familiarity with international tax law is advantageous.

• A background in accounting is beneficial.

• Exceptional verbal communication skills, negotiation abilities, and extensive legal knowledge.

• Must possess a strong work ethic, dynamic and proactive attitude, be a team player, and a self-starter.

• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the capability to handle multiple tasks, work under tight deadlines, and manage short lead times.

• Native or Proficient level of English required.
