Legal Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop the corporate legal framework for the projects.

• Offer legal assistance for the projects.

• Prepare and amend commercial agreements, internal policies, and other legal documents.

• Aid in researching and analyzing potential legal risks within the jurisdictions where the company operates.

• Help ensure compliance with legal regulations in areas such as data protection, marketing, payment, consumer rights, and more.

• Support the daily legal functions and operations of the projects.

• Liaise with business partners, law firms, and service providers across various jurisdictions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.

• Fluent in English, including legal drafting skills.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in the iGaming sector.

• Familiarity with AML procedures is a significant advantage.

• Quick to learn.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Proactive and eager to engage in a diverse range of legal matters while thinking creatively to address various legal challenges.

• Diligent, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
