Senior Legal AI Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +31 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish strong relationships with attorneys across law firms, corporate legal departments, service providers, and public sector entities.

• Comprehend customer workflows, identify pain points, and recognize opportunities for transformation.

• Act as a credible counterpart to partners, associates, and in-house counsel.

• Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives on discovery processes, positioning, and solution alignment.

• Conduct customized product demonstrations that connect Relativity’s AI capabilities with legal use cases.

• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to promote sustained usage and adoption.

• Guide clients through the transformation of workflows and the integration of AI into legal processes.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to translate adoption into growth and measurable outcomes.

• Offer structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Contribute to the development of playbooks, best practices, and scalable customer-engagement resources.

• Simplify complex AI capabilities into practical insights for legal professionals.

• Aid customers in understanding how RelativityOne’s claiR and aiR products impact practice areas and workflows.

• Support internal teams in grasping the needs and behaviors of legal users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission required.

• Over 7 years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or within an in-house legal team.

• Litigation experience is preferred.

• Strong comprehension of legal workflows and the challenges faced by legal practitioners.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage both legal and executive audiences.

• An inquisitive mindset regarding AI and its potential to revolutionize legal work.

• Experience in client-facing roles is an advantage.

• Ability to thrive in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.

• Practical experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

• Direct knowledge of litigation workflows.
