Construction Litigation Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Manage construction litigation cases from the Hartford office or through remote/hybrid options

• Prepare and present motions

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Lead initiatives for written discovery

• Interact with clients effectively

• Attend hearings, depositions, and trials

• Collaborate with team members while overseeing assignments with minimal oversight

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction litigation

• Exceptional litigation, writing, and persuasive communication abilities

• Strong educational background

• Demonstrated research capabilities

• Self-motivated individual who can manage tasks with minimal supervision

• Experience in preparing and presenting motions

• Experience in conducting and defending depositions

• Experience in leading written discovery initiatives

• Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory

• Must hold a license and be admitted to practice in Connecticut

• Provide a cover letter, resume, and writing sample
