Senior Learning & Development Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to create, implement, and continually enhance learning solutions.

• Work alongside business partners to pinpoint learning requirements and devise solutions that align with organizational goals and desired performance outcomes.

• Design, develop, maintain, and perpetually improve learning programs, curricula, and performance support materials.

• Act as a subject matter expert for learning initiatives.

• Offer suggestions to enhance learner engagement, accessibility, and overall effectiveness.

• Assess and evaluate learning effectiveness utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Convert findings into actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.

• Engage in cross-functional and agile project teams.

• Lead workstreams or take on the role of project lead for designated initiatives.

• Ensure that learning solutions align with enterprise talent strategies, capability development, career advancement, and skills-based workforce initiatives.

• Promote the adoption of business-relevant skills through principles of skills-based learning.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain learning experiences that are customer-focused, scalable, and in tune with changing business priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related discipline required.

• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, and similar tools.

• Familiarity with Articulate 360, business needs assessment, instructional design, learner engagement, Learning and Development (L&D), learning efficacy, development of learning materials, process enhancements, training instruction, and training programs.

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in place of the educational requirements.

• Must undergo a background investigation.

• Must have a dedicated, private workspace free from interruptions when working from home.

• Must have suitable desk and seating arrangements when working from home.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is required.
