This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create training materials and educational content for Major Correctives operations, focusing on Blade Repair and Major Component Upgrade initiatives.

• Collaborate with field teams, frontline leaders, technical and safety experts, and stakeholders to collect field insights.

• Convert field practices, technical procedures, safety standards, lessons learned, and operational requirements into structured training materials.

• Develop instructor guides, participant resources, task-oriented learning modules, practical exercises, job aids, assessments, and reference tools.

• Ensure that materials comply with approved protocols, technical standards, quality mandates, and EHS expectations.

• Assist with current work scopes and the integration of new technologies, methodologies, and turbine platforms.

• Organize the rollout and execution of newly created or revised training materials alongside the Training and Learning team.

• Coordinate implementation schedules based on operational priorities, workforce preparedness, campaign timelines, and business needs.

• Aid in deployment strategies, audience identification, sequencing, and readiness for delivery.

• Take responsibility for reviewing, updating, and enhancing training content.

• Include field feedback, lessons learned, quality insights, safety observations, technical updates, new technology introductions, and requirements for platform growth.

• Enhance content structure, learning efficacy, standardization, and accessibility.

• Work together with operations leadership, EHS, engineering/technical support, quality, and Training and Learning stakeholders.

• Support training governance, lifecycle management, version control, and the tracking of updates.

• Align training content with qualification or capability requirements when applicable.

• Promote consistency and standardization across Blade Repair and Major Component activities.

• Contribute to operational readiness and workforce capability objectives.

• Report directly to the NAM Major Correctives Safety and Technical Leader.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training development, learning program coordination, technical documentation, workforce capability, or a related field.

• Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.

• Preferred: An Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, technical communication, engineering technology, business, or a related field.

• Preferred experience in wind services, Blade Repair, Major Component Exchange, or other corrective field operations.

• Experience collaborating with field teams and subject matter experts to develop technical training content.

• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, or methods for developing technical training.

• Background in field operations, technical services, industrial sectors, manufacturing, energy, utilities, or wind environments.

• Ability to create structured training materials or technical learning content.

• Experience working collaboratively across technical, operational, and field-based stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and update cycles in a fast-paced operational setting.

• Understanding of field safety, quality, and procedural standards in industrial or wind service settings.

• Experience managing controlled documentation, revision history, and training content governance.

• Experience supporting training initiatives for new technologies, platform expansions, or operational scaling efforts.
