This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of approximately 6–10 Learning & OCM consultants.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings focusing on delivery, performance, engagement, and career progression.

• Provide coaching, constructive feedback, and tailored development plans.

• Assist in setting goals, conducting performance reviews, determining promotion readiness, and managing performance documentation.

• Identify potential leaders and create opportunities for their development.

• Enhance retention through proactive engagement, clear expectations, and support for career advancement.

• Lead or manage Learning, Training, OCM, Adoption, Readiness, and Communications workstreams.

• Ensure that consultants comprehend deliverables, timelines, quality standards, and client priorities.

• Monitor progress and identify risks, barriers, or support requirements for delivery.

• Review deliverables for quality, completeness, consistency, and alignment with company standards.

• Facilitate client workshops, leadership meetings, training sessions, and readiness discussions.

• Assist in staffing recommendations, capacity planning, deployment decisions, onboarding of consultants, and role readiness.

• Reinforce accountability for deliverables, utilization, client satisfaction, and collaboration.

• Review client-facing assessments, plans, dashboards, communications, and executive updates.

• Encourage consistent practices, lessons learned, risk identification, and quality assurance.

• Coach consultants on executive presence, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and engagement leaders.

• Identify client needs, delivery gaps, and opportunities for expansion.

• Contribute to proposals, staffing models, solution design, RFP responses, and scope development.

• Participate in interviews, candidate evaluations, and hiring recommendations.

• Contribute to the development of internal playbooks, templates, tools, delivery standards, knowledge sharing, and capability enhancement.

• Collaborate with the Director to enhance consultant oversight and engagement delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in healthcare consulting, organizational change management, learning and development, training, workforce transformation, or related fields in healthcare transformation.

• Proven experience leading significant workstreams or client-facing delivery initiatives.

• Experience in supervising, coaching, mentoring, or formally managing team members.

• Strong understanding of organizational change management, adult learning, training strategies, readiness, communications, stakeholder engagement, and adoption principles.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities, consultants, workstreams, and client expectations simultaneously.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including client facilitation and communication at the executive level.

• Ability to evaluate deliverables for quality, clarity, consistency, and alignment with project objectives.

• Capacity to balance billable client delivery with people management responsibilities.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Preferred: Master’s degree in business, healthcare administration, organizational development, education, learning, change management, or a related field.

• Preferred: Prosci certification.

• Preferred: PMP, CPTD, SHRM-SCP, CCMP, or similar certification.

• Preferred: Experience with Epic, Oracle Health, Workday, ERP, AI-enabled transformation, or large-scale healthcare technology implementations.

• Preferred: Experience managing consultants in a professional services or client delivery setting.

• Preferred: Familiarity with utilization targets, staffing models, consulting delivery expectations, and performance management processes.
