Senior Klaviyo CRM Manager – Data & AI Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create fundamental customer metrics such as repurchase rates and customer lifetime value.

• Manage CRM performance for three brands across five countries from start to finish.

• Develop detailed, multi-dimensional segmentation utilizing RFM, product affinity, and lifecycle stages.

• Design and execute A/B tests with defined hypotheses and appropriate sample sizes.

• Make informed decisions based on revenue generated per recipient.

• Utilize Claude as the primary tool for copywriting, creative briefs, and campaign production.

• Streamline reporting and recurring CRM processes through tools such as Klaviyo MCP and n8n.

• Work towards achieving a fully automated environment where workflows and automation replace manually created and distributed campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of B2C e-commerce experience, preferably in an international context.

• Extensive and advanced experience with Klaviyo, including flows with custom actions and API integrations.

• Currently utilizing Klaviyo MCP or genuinely enthusiastic about adopting this approach.

• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on segmentation logic and hypothesis testing.

• Proficient in Klaviyo's templating language (HTML+Liquid).

• Basic scripting knowledge (Python/JS) for data exports and automation is advantageous.

• Experience with SMS as a communication channel is a plus.

• Familiarity with WhatsApp as a communication channel is a plus.
