Senior IT Technology Services Specialist

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, along with six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation

• Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field, plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation

• Four (4) years of experience in evaluating SAP architecture, identifying deficiencies, and implementing targeted improvements

• Four (4) years of experience in administering SAP systems, including S/4HANA, ERP, NetWeaver, and databases such as HANA, Oracle, ASE, and SQL Server

• Four (4) years of experience advising customers on business continuity, security, compliance, and networking

• Four (4) years of full-cycle implementation support experience, including sizing, installations, configuration, go-live, maintenance, and operations

• Four (4) years of experience managing system copy processes in both homogeneous and heterogeneous SAP environments

• Four (4) years of experience managing solutions within cloud environments

• Four (4) years of delivering intricate technical and business solutions

• Four (4) years of experience in supporting OS, Kernel, database, Java, and Support Pack patching, as well as performance tuning, database capacity, and space management

• Four (4) years of experience with pre- and post-go-live activities, cutover planning, UAT, and hypercare support

• Four (4) years of experience fine-tuning SQL statements, workload analysis, and monitoring and tuning operating-system performance

• Four (4) years of experience configuring and maintaining SAP integrations with third-party products

• Four (4) years of experience consulting with computer operators or system analysts to resolve computer-system issues

• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically to customer locations
