This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee, configure, and provide support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC environments.
• Manage system architecture, security measures, performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
• Act as a role model in communications with customers and IT colleagues.
• Implement ITIL methodology and utilize ticketing systems to handle incidents, changes, problems, and service requests.
• Install, configure, and maintain JDE environments, which include ESUs, ASUs, Tools Releases, and application upgrades.
• Handle package builds, deployments, security administration, and environment refreshes.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, stakeholders, and infrastructure, database, and network teams.
• Conduct system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across web, enterprise, and database servers.
• Maintain integrations, including AIS, Orchestrator Studio, BSSV, and interoperability frameworks.
• Create documentation, standards, and best practices for JDE CNC processes.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are established and tested.
• Support JDE security, user roles, and environment controls.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, cloud initiatives, and redesigns of environments.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, assisting with escalations and complex issue resolutions.
• Mentor team members on best practices for JDE CNC.
• Collaborate with vendors and Oracle support for issue resolution, patching strategies, and system enhancements.
• Engage in capacity planning and contribute to the long-term strategic roadmap for JDE environments.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Proficient in JDE architecture, package management, security, server management, troubleshooting, performance tuning, integrations, and system lifecycle management.
• Strong abilities in documentation, communication, stakeholder alignment, problem solving, and cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where requirements frequently change.
• Familiarity and proficiency with web-based software applications, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Willingness to cover night, weekend, and holiday shifts when necessary.
