This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate on support tickets as part of the Internal IT team.
• Offer comprehensive support for macOS and Linux environments, encompassing setup, device management, troubleshooting, and the software and hardware lifecycle.
• Oversee Identity & Access Management, including user lifecycle, groups, roles, permissions, and Single Sign-On (SSO) across essential systems.
• Manage tooling systems, including configuration, access, integrations, and lifecycle management.
• Conduct IT onboarding calls for new employees as their initial Internal IT contact.
• Take ownership of internal IT projects from initial scoping through implementation and transition into operations.
• Automate onboarding processes, role changes, tool provisioning, and offboarding user journeys.
• Enhance processes for improved efficiency.
• Document processes, systems, and tools for colleagues and maintain Internal IT documentation.
• Several years of experience in IT support or internal IT at an advanced level.
• Proven track record of owning a system or topic from start to finish while ensuring its continued functionality.
• Proficient in macOS and Linux support, with command line experience and basic scripting skills in languages such as Bash or Python.
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management, including SSO, MFA, directory services, roles, and permissions.
• Capability to manage projects independently while providing day-to-day support.
• Interest in AI agents and automation, with a willingness to integrate them into your work.
• Strong communication skills with non-technical colleagues and a service-oriented mindset.
• Documentation is a routine practice, not an afterthought.
• Proficiency in English at C1 level or above, and German at B1 level or above.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus, either through certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in an ISO 27001 environment is an added advantage.
