Senior IT Specialty Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +24 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the configuration and upkeep of Epic Healthy Planet tools, including Compass Rose, registries, care gaps, risk scores, and reporting dashboards.

• Work collaboratively with clinical, operational, and technical teams to convert population health objectives into Epic workflows.

• Create and implement solutions that enhance care management, quality improvement, and risk stratification.

• Act as a subject matter expert on Healthy Planet, providing guidance on best practices and opportunities for optimization.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications with stakeholders.

• Execute testing, validation, and troubleshooting of Epic functionalities.

• Offer training and support to end-users and analysts.

• Keep abreast of Epic updates and trends in population health and value-based care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation, with experience in application build (Required).

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience (Required).

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree (Required).

• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree (Required).

• Experience may substitute for a Bachelor's Degree.

• Proficiency in building other Epic modules such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, and SlicerDicer.

• Knowledge of CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.

• Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation is highly preferred.
