Commissions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise the precise and timely computation of partner commissions.

• Ensure all payments are executed accurately and punctually.

• Maintain and monitor commission-related data.

• Produce reports for both internal teams and partners.

• Provide consistent updates regarding commission performance and any necessary adjustments.

• Evaluate the performance of the commission program and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or disputes related to commissions.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guarantee fair outcomes.

• Utilize commission management tools and Salesforce to track partner sales performance and ensure precise commission tracking.

• Partner with the Partnerships GTM, Finance, Legal, and Information Systems teams to effectively implement commission programs while adhering to policies and contracts.

• Contribute to broader team objectives, including tasks beyond the immediate scope of the role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in commissions, revenue operations, financial analysis, or data analysis.

• Advanced skills in Salesforce and Excel.

• Demonstrated capacity to analyze intricate datasets and convert findings into actionable business insights.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented and self-driven, with the capability to work independently and take initiative.

• Reliable and stable internet connection with a minimum 50 Mbps plan.

• A suitable remote working environment free from distractions and background noise, equipped with an appropriate chair and desk.

• Candidates must reside within Greater Metro Manila.

• Legally eligible to work in the Philippines without the need for visa sponsorship.
