Senior IT Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the Information Security Program on an ongoing basis.

• Establish, track, and evaluate security KPIs/KRIs.

• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations for executive stakeholders.

• Assist with audits, compliance, resilience initiatives, and CyberSecurity projects.

• spearhead security awareness initiatives and educational programs.

• Foster a robust security culture throughout various business sectors.

• Operate in accordance with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.

• Fortify Selbetti’s CyberSecurity strategy as the organization advances its digital transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Strong background in Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

• Experience in defining, tracking, and assessing indicators (KPIs/KRIs) and generating executive reports.

• Familiarity with security awareness initiatives and educational campaigns.

• Practical knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in English for effective participation in meetings and professional discussions.

• Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation is an advantage.

• Experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint is a plus.

• Familiarity with GRC and risk management tools is a bonus.

• Advanced English proficiency for interpreting, writing, and engaging with technical documents is desirable.
