📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) event workflows, access request pipelines, and automated recertification initiatives within enterprise IGA platforms.

• Conduct internal and external IAM control audits, perform continuous monitoring, compile technical documentation, and develop risk mitigation strategies to uphold zero-trust and ITIL standards across healthcare settings.

• Convert intricate business access requirements into detailed functional specifications, role-based access control (RBAC) models, and development narratives for IAM engineering teams utilizing Agile methodologies.

• Execute advanced root-cause analysis on complex issues related to identity, authentication, and authorization failures.

• Ensure precise operational documentation is maintained and provide tier-3 escalation support.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.

• Extensive knowledge in navigating HIPAA, HITRUST, or PCI-DSS regulatory compliance requirements within a large-scale healthcare environment.

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional project teams as a Scrum Master or Technical Lead using Agile/Kanban methodologies.

• Practical experience utilizing PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs to automate directory services management and custom IAM integrations.
