📋 Description

• Perform needs assessments to evaluate current career progression materials and practices.

• Review and analyze existing career progression frameworks and processes.

• Gather stakeholder feedback through focus groups, interviews, or surveys.

• Utilize statistical methods to analyze data for enhancing organizational effectiveness.

• Conduct benchmarking and pinpoint best practices.

• Propose and create career progression models informed by needs assessments.

• Formulate implementation strategies, roadmaps, and tools.

• Generate reports and briefings for presentation to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, public policy, HR, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in workforce analysis, HR consulting, or law enforcement projects.

• Must possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain a top-secret security clearance.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Expertise in study design, data collection, and statistical analysis to address workforce challenges and devise solutions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to interpret complex data and utilize it for informed decision-making regarding HR policies, employee training, and organizational development.

• Familiarity with statistical software such as SPSS, R, or SAS, as well as computer applications for data analysis and report creation.

• Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various levels of staff and management.

• Additional licenses, certifications, or training in specific assessment tools, statistical software, or methodologies pertinent to industrial and organizational psychology is advantageous.
