Senior Investment Designer – Rewards, Commerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop pursuit and reward-based systems and content that enhance Destiny’s gameplay.

• Execute advanced scripting and tool development.

• Design and produce sustainable systems and content that captivate and engage players.

• Invent creative enhancements and modifications for existing Rewards and Commerce systems.

• Adjust gameplay metrics to craft compelling experiences and a rewarding progression curve.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional experience in design.

• Familiarity with game development software and tools.

• Proven experience in developing rewards, player customization, and microtransaction systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience taking ownership of features or leading small teams.

• A willingness to collaborate within a large team and effectively receive feedback and direction.

• Technical proficiency in writing text-based scripts to manage game systems (experience in Lua, Python, or a similar language is a plus).

• Multiple shipped game systems in the console or PC domain is a plus.

• Experience with games as a service or live content is a plus.
