FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the consolidated corporate model in Abacum, covering three-statement P&L, cash, headcount planning, non-personnel expenses, and SaaS metrics.

• Execute the annual budgeting process and distribute monthly budget review presentations utilizing Abacum.

• Collaborate with GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders as a strategic partner, offering insights and reporting.

• Develop board reporting packages.

• Manage the SaaS metrics layer, which includes the ARR bridge, gross and net revenue retention, cohort and expansion analysis, CAC payback, magic number, pipeline-to-revenue conversion, and sales capacity modeling.

• Oversee procurement in collaboration with the Tropic partner and navigate the complexities of major vendor contracts regarding usage and expenditure.

• Handle the revenue commissions process from plan execution to commission disbursement.

• Deliver strategic analysis on operational queries such as pricing scenarios and segment profitability.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–10 years of progressive finance experience, emphasizing modeling and forecasting.

• At least one experience at a startup or high-growth organization.

• Direct experience with SaaS metrics and recurring revenue mechanics.

• Problem-solving skills while partnering with business stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented and accountable for quality and deadlines.

• A passion for enhancing efficiency through processes, systems, and AI.

• Clean and auditable modeling and software logic.

• Proficient in SQL, and familiar with a BI tool (Sigma, Looker, Tableau), or Claude.

• Comfortable working fully remotely.

• Proficient with macOS, Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce, NetSuite, and FP&A tools.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Value-added Claude user.

• Strong preference for early-career experience in investment banking, management consulting, transaction advisory, private equity, or corporate development.

• Exposure to a fundraising, audit, or diligence process is highly preferred.

• Experience in systems implementation is a bonus.
