Senior Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple customers' Falcon Intel Recon modules.

• Provide direct support to cyber threat customers, ensuring their success and facilitating renewals.

• Act as a cyber intelligence analytic liaison between Falcon Intelligence Recon customers and the broader CrowdStrike intelligence team.

• Foster high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining ownership of customer relationships.

• Assess and escalate significant findings from Falcon Intelligence Recon to customers.

• Assist customers in navigating Falcon Intelligence Recon findings and offer subject matter expertise.

• Relay customer feedback, feature requests, and satisfaction issues to the Intelligence and Engineering teams.

• Lead initiatives aimed at improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, all-source threat intelligence analysis, or intelligence collections.

• Thorough understanding of the intelligence lifecycle.

• Familiarity with cyber threat intelligence terminology, key concepts, and analysis methods.

• Knowledge of dark and deep web ecosystems, including actors, forums, and leak sites.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Adaptable and open to learning new technologies.

• Customer service-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist and solve problems for customers.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Capable of presenting and explaining technology to individuals with limited technical knowledge.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment while creating customer solutions with limited resources.

• Understanding of data communication concepts and technologies, particularly in email, networking, and enterprise security.

• Demonstrated experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business results.

• Proficient in using AI tools and familiar with application programming interfaces (API) for delivering indicators and intelligence.

• Inquisitive about how AI, machine learning, and autonomous agents can enhance dark web analysis, intelligence analysis, and customer outcomes.

• Minimal to light travel (25%).
