Senior Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Lead integration projects from inception to completion, covering requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, and rollout.

• Create integrations directly using low-code integration platforms like Magic xpi or similar tools.

• Link the Akeneo PIM system with both internal and external systems such as Spryker, Shopify, or Amazon.

• Improve and sustain the current integration landscape to ensure stability, performance, and scalability.

• Work alongside technical teams and business stakeholders to convert business needs into integration solutions.

• Recognize opportunities for enhancement and actively propose future-state architectures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years focused on system integration.

• Practical experience with integration platforms, ideally Magic xpi or similar tools such as MuleSoft, BizTalk, Tibco, Workato, or Informatica.

• Strong understanding of APIs, data formats, MS SQL databases, and general internet/communication protocols.

• Familiarity with IT architecture principles.

• Some experience with development in .NET and/or Java environments.

• Capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ability to work collaboratively with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Fluent in business English.

• Proficiency in German is an advantage.
