📋 Description

• Examine digital claim evidence, such as CCTV footage, dashcam videos, scene photographs, witness statements, and engineering evaluations.

• Detect inconsistencies, anomalies, and signs that may indicate staged events or fraudulent claims.

• Reconstruct accident and loss occurrences utilizing visual, technical, and documented evidence.

• Evaluate the credibility of reported incidents and analyze possible causes of loss.

• Create comprehensive, structured written assessments that are suitable for Special Investigation Unit (SIU) investigators, forensic engineers, and insurance professionals.

• Articulate investigative findings and substantiate conclusions with clear, objective evidence.

• Recognize trends linked to staged-loss incidents, suspicious claims, and potentially organized fraud schemes.

• Review technical reports, visual evidence, and claim documentation for accuracy and consistency.

• Contribute investigative insights and industry best practices to AI training and evaluation datasets.

• Collaborate remotely with project stakeholders, offering professional feedback and clarifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in Special Investigations / Special Investigation Units (SIU), Insurance Fraud Detection, Claims Investigation, Forensic Engineering, or Fleet Safety Investigation or Review.

• Proven experience in analyzing insurance claim evidence and assessing incident authenticity and causation.

• Strong capability to interpret visual evidence, technical reports, statements, and supporting documentation.

• Experience in identifying inconsistencies and potential indicators of staged-loss incidents or fraudulent activities.

• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking abilities.

• Strong written communication skills, with the capability to produce detailed, evidence-based investigative reports.

• Ability to operate independently and convey findings clearly in a remote setting.
