Senior Information Security Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess new solutions from vendors through Proofs of Concept (PoCs), ensuring they meet security requirements.

• Engage in the deployment of approved solutions and transition them to the teams responsible for ongoing maintenance.

• Execute digital certification solutions.

• Offer continuous support for Microsoft Defender.

• Manage and monitor tickets related to security solutions.

• Validate emails and oversee the necessary follow-up procedures.

• Provide assistance for Check Point firewalls, including reviewing and aiding with firewall rules.

• Collaborate on proxy solutions.

• Utilize SFTP for secure file transfers.

• Implement and provide support for antivirus solutions, assisting the involved teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related higher education program, along with a postgraduate degree in IT.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Cloud.

• Background in implementing and supporting antivirus solutions.

• Experience with Microsoft Defender.

• Familiarity with Check Point firewalls and conducting firewall rule reviews.

• Knowledge of proxy solutions.

• Experience with SFTP.

• Expertise in handling and tracking support tickets.

• Proficient technical English for opening and managing support tickets with Microsoft.

• ITIL Foundation v3 certification or higher, or equivalent training.

• At least one of the following certifications: (ISC)² CISSP, (ISC)² CCFP, GIAC GCFE, EC-Council CEH, EC-Council ECSA, EC-Council CHFI, Carnegie Mellon CSIH, Offensive Security OSCP, or Offensive Security OSCE.

• Additional certifications closely related to Cybersecurity may be considered based on evaluation.

• Understanding of cryptography.

• Networking knowledge for troubleshooting purposes.

• Proficient English for interaction with and support from international vendors.
