Cybersecurity Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee, identify, analyze, and assist in responding to cybersecurity incidents.

• Perform vulnerability assessments and aid in penetration testing efforts.

• Recognize, categorize, and prioritize vulnerabilities based on their risk levels.

• Monitor remediation and corrective action strategies alongside infrastructure, systems, and security teams.

• Develop and uphold information security policies, procedures, and controls.

• Ensure compliance with security frameworks and standards.

• Collaborate with monitoring and protection tools, such as SIEM, antivirus solutions, and firewalls.

• Create technical reports and monitor vulnerability and remediation metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in information security.

• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, risk analysis, and cybersecurity practices.

• Familiarity with security monitoring and analysis tools.

• Understanding of frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS.

• Capability to analyze risks, prioritize vulnerabilities, and monitor their remediation efforts.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are advantageous.

• Experience with specialized vulnerability management and security testing tools is a plus.
