Senior Influencer Marketing Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Manage influencer campaigns from initial brief to final reporting for clients in six different markets.

• Develop campaign strategies, choose creators, negotiate with creators and their managers, and ensure that campaigns achieve KPIs.

• Act as the primary contact for clients regarding strategy and outcomes.

• Provide day-to-day guidance to campaign assistants.

• Transform client briefs into comprehensive campaign strategies that include goals, KPIs, creator selection, platforms, budget distribution, and timelines.

• Oversee the selection and vetting of creators based on audience compatibility, engagement quality, and brand safety.

• Negotiate rates, deliverables, and usage rights with creators.

• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, from contracting and content review to launch.

• Monitor performance and create reports detailing results and recommendations.

• Present strategies and outcomes to clients while identifying opportunities for account growth.

• Assist and evaluate the work of campaign assistants.

• Contribute to the development of playbooks, pricing benchmarks, and operational processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing.

• Preferably, experience at an influencer marketing agency.

• Brand-side experience is acceptable if you have spent at least one year in that role.

• Consistent employment history with demonstrated advancement within a single company.

• Proven success in managing multi-market campaigns from start to finish, with measurable outcomes.

• Excellent negotiation skills and a solid understanding of fair creator pricing across various platforms and markets.

• Practical knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch/streaming platforms.

• Familiarity with influencer tools and analytics.

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

• Experience in Tech/AI/Fintech/Crypto, Gaming/Streaming, Automotive, Lifestyle, or Health/Wellness is a significant advantage.
