Influencer Marketing Manager – All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Identify appropriate influencers and creators who align with Funzy.

• Take the initiative to engage with influencers and creators to secure collaboration opportunities.

• Oversee current influencer and creator partnerships, fostering long-term relationships.

• Coordinate collaborations from initial alignment and briefings through to content production and final delivery.

• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative ideas and formats for influencer marketing.

• Assist in the execution of UGC content and advertisements, managing creators, briefings, and content production.

• Track ongoing collaborations and assess their outcomes.

• Utilize insights and lessons learned to enhance influencer marketing efforts continually.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or a related domain.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for proactively connecting with creators and nurturing relationships.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent collaborations.

• A solid understanding of social media, creators, and content dynamics.

• Proficient use of Instagram and TikTok.

• Independent and pragmatic work style, with a readiness to contribute personal ideas.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language.

• Good command of the English language.

• Nice to have: Initial experience with UGC content or UGC advertisements.

• Nice to have: Experience in a DTC brand, e-commerce company, start-up, or agency.

• Nice to have: An interest in family, lifestyle, or interior design sectors.
